Fill-finish facility for mAb in Goa, India

In Goa, India, KeyPlants provided the Conceptual Design for a 3,400-sqm greenfield biotech fill-finish facility with a 2,100-sqm processing area for biosimilar mAb. The concept called for the single-purpose facility to be easy to replicate in multiple locations globally.

The concept’s four main buildings include two for production of drug substance, one for production of drug product, and one for QA/QC, warehouse, and administration.

The design is based on our MBS (Modular Biotech Solution) platform for a commercial state-of-the-art GMP manufacturing facility using disposables technology.
